Part 5: Research and Planning….
Now many months of planning until my home visit from China back to South Dakota. I meticulously planned and researched for information on my knuckle-boom crane, and also the hydraulic system currently on my truck. Since the truck already had a hydraulic system to raise and lower the flat bed, I intended to tie into this system to run the crane portion. I also found the manual for my crane which helped for my planning.
